Licences: Professional and Limited

SAP Business One has two main user types.

• Professional users can use every part of the system. Owners, accountants and managers who work across departments usually need this.
• Limited users work in one area, such as finance, sales or stock. Most staff only need a Limited licence.

• Perpetual licence: you pay once and own the right to use it. You then pay AMC every year.
